Kash Legal Services Success Stories
Successful British Citizenship Application
At Kash Legal Services, we recently assisted a client who experienced a setback with his British citizenship application before coming to us for support.
The applicant first arrived in the United Kingdom on 10 November 2010 and obtained his Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) on 1 November 2014. After becoming eligible for naturalisation, he submitted his British citizenship application independently. Unfortunately, the Home Office refused his application due to certain documentation and procedural issues.
- Within due course, the Home Office approved his application, and the client successfully received his British citizenship.
- This case highlights how professional legal advice and meticulous document preparation can transform an unsuccessful application into a successful outcome. At Kash Legal Services, we take pride in guiding our clients through every step of their immigration journey with clarity, precision, and dedication.
Successful ILR Application under the 5
- At Kash Legal Services, we recently achieved a successful outcome for an applicant seeking Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), also known as settlement, as a partner under Appendix FM. The applicant applied via the 5-year route to settlement (Set(M)) after completing the required continuous residence period of 60 months in the United Kingdom.
Upon reviewing the case, we confirmed that the applicant met all the eligibility requirements set out under Appendix FM, except the financial requirement. The applicant’s partner was receiving public benefits, which meant they could not meet the adequate maintenance threshold through the partner’s income alone. However, as the applicant was self-employed, our legal team strategically relied on his financial records to satisfy the requirement under Category F (self-employed route).
We carefully prepared and submitted the ILR application under the Super Priority Service. The following working day, the applicant received a successful decision from the Home Office and was granted Indefinite Leave to Remain in the United Kingdom.
- This case demonstrates the importance of accurate financial planning, detailed legal understanding, and professional application preparation. At Kash Legal Services, we ensure each client’s unique circumstances are fully assessed before submission to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Successful Fiancée Visa Application
- At Kash Legal Services, we assisted a sponsor who reached out to us urgently, feeling anxious and uncertain about her partner’s fiancée visa application. The couple planned to get married in the United Kingdom, but the sponsor was concerned about meeting the financial requirement under the Immigration Rules.
After a detailed review of all the documents, our legal team established that the applicant met every requirement for the fiancée visa except the financial threshold. The sponsor was employed but did not meet the minimum income level required under Category A. To address this, we carefully combined her employment income with her available cash savings, applying the financial requirement under Category D.
- We prepared and submitted a strong fiancée visa application supported by comprehensive documentary evidence. Within 28 days, the applicant’s partner received a positive decision from the Home Office, granting the visa successfully.
This case highlights how expert handling and in-depth understanding of the financial requirement categories can turn a stressful situation into a successful outcome. Kash Legal Services continues to help couples reunite and start their lives together in the United Kingdom.
